We found this small little place because our usual stop Stagecoach was closed. Im very glad that we did because we found this gem! It was such a nice environment. It really had the small restaurant feel. You get individual attention. The food was great! I wasnt a huge fan of the BBQ sauces on the table. They all seemed very ketchupy. But the sauce that was on my sandwich was amazing! We will be returning on our next trip to Manitou Springs!

I got the. Burnt ends sandwich. The meat was so tender and delious. Service was great. Highly reccomend to anyone looking for a bite to eat.

Pleasantly surprised by this little place. The owner was so nice and welcoming, I thought we were at his house sitting at his dinner table with his family. They have a great selection of beer on tap, small but awesome. There sauce selection for the BBQ is vast and pleasant (love the original and the vinegar) I ordered the beef brisket, nice size, great price, rich in flavor, tender as anything. Everything is smoked in house. The wife had the Oinker - hot dog with bacon, liquid cheese, jalapenos, pulled pork....WHAT THE SHIT!?! really delicious, Atkins friendly?! whateva Really great place, highly recommended for day drinking and gorging yourself.

Good lord this was good! Good to the point of being the catalyst for a new craving. I've never really been one to get excited about BBQ but Suzie Q's has changed that. I'm in LOVE! My lunch date and I popped in on a whim (a Sunday afternoon) and were met at the door by the mom of a mother-son team. We were seated, offered menus, and given test tastes of the IPAs on draft. My "one free loaded fries" Yelp deal was graciously accepted and before I knew it we had a Pikes Peak Ale and a Laughing Lab delivered in Kerr jars before us, along with s heaping basket of fries topped with cheese, jalapeños, pulled pork, and other goodies. Sweet. Our meals were delicious, generously portioned, and came out quick: a pulled pork platter with cornbread/butter/honey and baked beans and a beef brisket platter with potato salad and baked beans. The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful! And part of the fun was being able to choose from 7 or 8 different BBQ sauces. I'd say the prices are somewhere between reasonable and pricey but worth every penny. Suzie Q's is a new fave for sure. I can't imagine going elsewhere in Colorado Springs for BBQ.

Yummy sliced beef sandwich, perfectly seasoned potato salad, a great variety of bbq sauces to choose from.

Found this place on the way out of Garden of the Gods and it was awesome! Pulled Pork and Beef Brisket were cooked to perfection. The Memphis Tangy and Honey Bbq sauces were amazing get! Service was lovely. Southern hospitality at its best. A must for whoever is in town!

Hubby and I were starving after doing the incline and found this place through Yelp reviews. We were seated immediately and had a great server. I wish I could remember her name but she was sweet and attentive. My first choice was the ribs but they had run out after the lunch rush (we were there around 4) so I did the brisket plate with fries and 'slaw. A-w-e-s-o-m-e! The brisket was fork tender with plenty of pieces to chow down on with the variety of homemade BBQ sauces. I tried them all and couldn't pick a favorite as they were all delicious! A little salt on the coleslaw and it was perfect-fresh and tasty! The food was served quickly. Hubby had the chopped brisket sandwich and cornbread and found both to be delicious! Will definitely go back if I'm in the area with out of town guests or if I decide to torture myself again with the incline. Yummy!

The best catfish I have ever had. All you can eat for $10.95 the night we went. Amazing deal though they needed more wait staff and couldn't keep up with demand for refills on the amazing fish. Grandma's green beans were excellent and the cowboy beans were good well.

  • James O.

Wow. Everything was amazing. I walked out of the door feeling like I was going to exploding from having eaten to much. The waitress we had was perfectly pleasant and I left feeling completely satisfied with my meal.

  • MA C.

The ribs at Suzy Q's have consistently been great! But don't order the brisket! We were in a few weeks a go and ordered the brisket, even asked the waitress (who seemed a little grouchy) if the brisket was moist. I should have tried a sample, but moved forward with my order, assured that the brisket was moist. It was not unfortunately. Suzy Q's has a great menu and for the most part the food has been delicious.

It was 1:30 and we found this place for lunch after doing Pikes Peak. Plenty of seating and pretty clean. Loved the free loaded fries with a yelp check in ... nice. They were out of ribs ... bummer. Had the pulled pork instead. It was positively delicious.

Yummy! Really good food. Me and my husband decided to go and spend the day in that area and we had a great time. People were pleasant an atmosphere was awesome. Good was a little cold but still yummy!

What a wonderful experience. My wife, Carol and I were in Colorado Springs visiting our son and daughter in law. We are always looking for a good barbecue and Suzi Q had been recommended so we thought we would give it a try. It was amazing! A wonderful waitress, delicious food and a great atmosphere. As we were leaving we were greeted by, James, an owner, who thanked us for coming in. We only come to Colorado once a year but I assure you that this will be a regular stop. Thanks, Wes

Awesome place! I always stop in here for food and/or beer when I am in manitou. Also the guy with the beautiful beard behind the counter is always super nice ;)

Great food and even better service. I got the ribs. That with their homemade selection of sauces is on point.

A sweet treat after touring Pikes Peak! Highly recommend the brisket sandwich & loaded French fries!! Nice tasty selection of BBQ sauces! Worthy of #1 ranking in this colorful little town.

Nice place for family. Indoor and outdoor seating with great crowd watching. Food was limited while we were here but was tastey and cheap. Staff was super friendly Try the baked beans!!

  • Todd C.

Solid BBQ with plenty of choices, this is a great stop for lunch or dinner when visiting the area. The prices are pretty great too, especially when considering that it is located in a tourist area. The burnt tips sandwich is recommended if they have it available - very savory. Be sure to try out the different sauces (they have at least four) with your meats.

    (4)
  • Mitch C.

Excellent ribs. Good choice of sauces. Portions huge. Order less than you think you should.

    (4)
  • South D.

Good BBQ, and ice cold beer! I had the two meat meal with brisket and pulled pork. Pork was meh, but brisket was solid and beer cold! Potatoes salad and cole slaw were good, cold and fresh! They have micro-brews but it's not my thing, so stuck with domestic bottles. Enjoy!

  • Hailey F.

Some of the best BBQ! The smoked turkey is my favorite and the homemade sauces are awesome. I always try to stop by when I'm in Manitou.

  • Dean H.

Awesome joint... Cold beer and phenomenal BBQ!!!! Pulled pork and brisket from heaven.

    (5)
  • Tina S.

The burnt ends were great on a sandwich - lots of sandwich for the money. However, the potato salad is extra special - could eat that as a meal!!! Will be back for both in the future! Great service during our entire visit in such an awesome setting of Manitou Springs.

This place is one of those small bbq places that looks not that interesting on the outside but the food is amazing. Definitely recommend trying the corn bread

    (5)
  • Paul S.

So now I have eaten everything on their menu and you can't go wrong. The ribs, brisket, pulled pork, slaw, loaded fries, wings, and potato salad are my favorites, but that's nearly half the menu. Now they do a Thursday rib special and all you can eat catfish on Fridays. Plus a whiskey menu with lots of high end offerings. A Bloody Mary bar on the weekends. So yeah, it's good.

  • Michael D.

Good bbq in manitou springs, was a beautiful Sunday walk through with the family and decided to try them out. Got the pulled pork sandwich, brisket sandwich and, hot dog for the little one. Everything was delicous and just right. Price was a little high but well worth it. Potato salad went well with the brisket and they had many different bbq sauces to choose from.

  • Erica G.

Very yummy, delicious chicken tenders, good service, family owned feeling. Definitely would come back :)

    (5)
  • Kristin R.

The food was delicious. I felt like they should have made the serving of side dishes larger. I'm from Texas and subscribe to the theory that leaving a BBQ joint hungry is a disgrace. They had just started making these jalapeño corn fritter things so I tried them and they weren't that great. Maybe they've perfected the recipe now though. Overall pretty good. A bit overpriced.

I'm not a BBQ snob so maybe some will disagree whether it is 5 star or not, but we had pulled pork and ribs and both were fantastic!

  • Jim L.

Father and son owners Jim and James are very friendly. Good BBQ and we are from Texas so we a self proclaimed experts. :) Family friendly and good food at a decent price. Good price considering other places in downtown Manitou Springs.

  • Kathy M.

Huge portions of the sliced brisket. LOVED the slaw- perfect for this Tennessee girl- seasoned with celery seed. My husband had the Burnt end sandwich which he loved and he ate it all. Small place with mountain atmosphere.

  • Kevin W.

Seriously impressed to find this good of Q in a little town in Colorado. I had the pulled pork, which was tremendous. My wife had the brisket sandwich, which was equally good. Sauces were top-notch. I'd throw in the 5th star if portion sizes on the sides were a but bigger. Solid kids meal made the little ones happy. Service was tremendous. All in all this is a great find. Parking stinks, but that's par for the course in downtown Manitou Springs. I'd come back here again.

  • Eric J.

My wife and I are from GA and know a thing or two about BBQ joints. They loss 1 star for the lack of real sweet tea and no fried okra, but after that everything else was good. The decor made us feel at home, the Pork and brisket was delicious and the sides were spot on. Prices are a little steep but within the range of a BBQ restaurant. The staff was friendly and great with questions. Enjoy!

Split the brisket plate with my wife. Brisket was moist and well flavored. Sides of cornbread and potato salad.

  • K W.

We are from Texas and very picky about BBQ. Suzy Q's doesn't disappoint! Great brisket, pulled pork, sausage and homemade sides. Everything was excellent. They have a choice of 4 different BBQ sauces so there is a flavor for every pallet. Will definitely visit again!

  • vanessa g.

I've never been a huge fan of BBQ until this place! It's seriously AMAZING and I'm so glad that there is BBQ Manitou! Awesome smoked ribs, pulled pork, brisket and more. Also $5 pitchers before 5pm. Unbeatable. Suzy Qs rocks!!!

    (5)
  • Eli K.

My wife and I walked by last night, not even looking for a place to eat. The food looked and smelled so good we ended up staying and having dinner. We were not disappointed! The food was amazing. We had Loaded Fries and a Brisket plate with Cowboy Beans and Slaw...and I can't forget to mention the Sweet Heat sauce. We loved every bit of it! And as amazing as the food was, the best part was the people. The service was great, friendly, and very patient with us newbies. We also got to meet the owner and Suzy Q herself! They were both very sweet people. This will definitely be a regular place for us to get our BBQ.

Excellent sauce choices (love the Memphis Tangy), good portions, reasonably priced. Juicy, smoke pulled pork with great bark. Good beer selection.

  • Krysta T.

Very good BBQ, excellent service, and reasonably priced. My husband and I stopped in and shared their 3 meat plate (brisket, pork, & links) with two sides (slaw and cowboy beans). All was very good and had the authentic smoked flavor I have come to expect with good BBQ. We also got a free order of loaded fries because we checked into yelp, which were also very good. I would highly recommend this place.

The brisket and pulled pork are fantastic with their house original sauce. The service was friendly and I highly recommend this restaurant

  • Kathleen C.

So good! I got the pulled pork with fries and slaw, and am now wishing Manitou Springs wasn't 2 hours away, because I'm dying for more. The meat was so smokey and the sauces were awesome. Can't recommend enough.

  • Jack S.

Food is good. TV's are super nice. Patio is great. But the portions of food are incredibly small. Its very expensive for what you get, sides come in a tiny 2 oz cup but cost a couple bucks. This will be a great place to go if the portions get fixed. But it doesnt feel good to spend a lot for food only to leave hungry. Spoken with several people about this place that share the same sentiment. ********* Update: they fixed the portions and I have since gone back and tried the ribs, which are tremendous.

    (2)
  • Rose O.

This place was just meh. I was really excited to dine here considering the great reviews, however, I was not too impressed with their ribs. They needed a little more spice and were a little fatty. I couldn't finish my place. The Cowboys beans were pretty good and the service was great. I may try this place again if I'm in town but definitely would try something else.

    (2)
  • Scott G.

Bird Dog and Dickey's are good, but Suzy Q's BBQ is out of this world! Second time here and just as pleased as the first. Gotta try it!

Absolutely the newest best BBQ in southern Colorado...perfect, delicious, creative options but with all the old standards at the top of their game.

Excellent food, friendly staff. Peach cobbler was a great way to finish off the meal. I'll be back. I'm picky and don't do reviews, but homemade places like this deserve a try.

What a welcome addition to one of our favorite little towns. The food was VERY good. The service was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back, and we will even drive to Manitou Springs just for this BBQ.

  • Heather P.

Oh my gosh!!! So good!!! Being from Texas BBQ runs through our blood. We have been in Colorado for 7 years and this is the best BBQ we have ever had, period!!! You have to have the ribs!! The Memphis Tangy sauce is totally original and oh so good. It has a little citrus taste to it that puts the flavor over the top. The owners are super friendly and have obviously worked hard to perfect their food.

Great Place, great food and great attentive service. Worth the stop for brisket, considering that I was going to stop at a qualitative national barbecue chain down the road.

We were staying in Manitou Springs for the PIkes Peak International Hill Climb and went in search of a little BBQ wagon we had seen on the side of the road. It had rolled up for the night so we checked yelp and found this place - there was even a free offer with check-in but I forgot about it when we got there. This is the kind of place where you check the menu on the wall and then order at a counter and find your own seat - totally casual. We made our choices and ordered and then when my husband went to pay, the young girl taking our order turned the screen around and offered him the chance to choose between a 10, 15 or 20% tip. He's a nice guy and gave 15%, but we literally got nothing for that. As soon as he had swiped his card, they put my drink on the counter for ME to go get it. The same for my husband's beer, when we had already walked away. Again, when the food was ready, they just yelled out for us to come and get it. I kind of expected that for a tip, we'd get some sort of service other than plating our food. So I confess that this tainted my perspective of the food. We ordered our usual, a 2 meat combo with sides. The pulled pork was very good, but the brisket was dry and tough, and one of the larger pieces was moslty fat. We were there right around closing time so perhaps that made a difference and if we'd been there earlier the food would have been fresher. None of the sauces really excited either of us, but we were both able to find one we liked. Sauce is very personal though so you might find one there that you love. The fries were standand issue and were hot and fresh and enough for 2 to share. The cole slaw was pretty disappointing. I don't know about the taste, but it came in one of those tiny cups, that is just a bit bigger than the clear plastic sample cups you find at Costco. Cole slaw is not that expensive to make that they could not serve it in a normal sized side dish bowl. All in all, I would not make a point of going back, but if you are in the neighborhood and wants some decent BBQ, this will satifsy your craving.

  • Julie R.

BBQ was good with a nice amount of smoke. Potato salad was watery and tasteless. My sandwich was served with little meat on a big bun, and potato salad was in a tiny serving cup, small portions. Memphis Tangy sauce was delish. Girl who took order was a sweetheart.

  • Summer B.

I have very high standards for bbq so please take this review with a grain of salt. It is my opinion that good bbq is good with or without bbq sauce and without sauce the meat lacked flavor. I ordered the two meat plate (wanted to order three meats but the ribs were not ready yet). I ordered brisket and pulled pork with cowboy beans and potato salad. My son would not eat the brisket without the sauce. I did like the variety of sauces that they offered. The cornbread was pretty good. My husband ordered the hot wings and they were very good. He also ordered the loaded fries which were also pretty good. They offer a military discount, which is also a positive but I'm unsure of whether or not I'll return.

  • Kim N.

I consider myself somewhat of a BBQ snob, but man, I LOVE Suzy's. We had the most fun there with our friends. We ordered pitchers of beer and piles of meat , put it all in the center of the table and made pigs of ourselves.. The owners are friendly and generous, and they take pride in making amazing BBQ. Our favorites were the ribs and brisket. The pulled pork was pretty good, but better with sauce on it. The corn bread was moist and just sweet enough to be amazing. And I loved the cowboy beans. They remind me of my mom's. It was so much fun trying each kind of BBQ sauce. They had Memphis, Carolina, Texas, etc. to compare. But honestly, the house sauce was by far the best. We will definitely be back.

  • Ann Q.

Came here after it's only been open for a week. The cornbread, beans, and coleslaw are amazing! The ribs and pulled pork are delicious too. I LOVE how they have quite a few of different varieties of BBQ sauce that I assume are homemade. The staff is so friendly and personal and the whole place has a cozy feel. My only concern and wish that the sides are a little bit bigger. Besides the fact, I would definitely recommend the place to anyone passing by to support this local BBQ joint.

Visited on a recent trip to Colorado. Since this was our first trip to Manitou Springs, we had no idea we were walking into such a gem. We are big BBQ fans and I would have to say, it definitely ranks among the best I've ever had. Owner was incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. Great way to end our trip to Colorado!

Had wings and beer for a snack on July 4th afternoon. Wings were excellent and beer was cold. Went back to sit and watch fireworks that night. They were closed, but the owner, Jim, was still there, remembered us from the afternoon and offered us a chair and a beer while we watched fireworks. Will definitely be back for the hospitality and the wings. Can't wait to try the BBQ

We crashed into this place right after we ran the Pikes Peak Marathon....we were sweaty, dirty, and barely conscious. As soon as we sat down, the owner offered us two beers on the house! We ordered a bunch of different things, and all were good. Great family spot, and obviously a joint that cares about community.

Suzy Q's barbecue was absolutely AMAZING!! I love the pulled pork sandwich! It was perfectly made, with a delicious roll. The sides were good as well, I recommend the cowboy beans. If that is not appealing to you there is more options. The sauces make the amazing food come together. Enjoy!

Went there at 2:00 on a Saturday and they were really busy. Unfortunately too busy. We had 6 in our group and after waiting 30 mins after ordering, they informed us they were out of beans. We opted for potato salad instead, which was not good at all. They tasted like milky mashed potatoes with no seasoning. After watching multiple tables that came after us get their food, we asked what was going on and they said they were working on it. Slowly our dishes starting coming out with the last half rack of ribs arriving when everyone else was already finished (an hour and a half after ordering). The owner was nice and took off 2 of the entrees from our bill and stated they weren't expecting to be busy on a Saturday! Really? This is a tourist spot and they didn't expect to be busy on a Saturday? I will say the ribs were delicious but I think this is a classic example of someone who can smoke meat but doesn't know how to run a restaurant. I hope they get it figured out but if they are busy, I'd recommend trying another place

  • Lesa R.

Had a wonderful filling dinner here with the family. We had brisket and pulled pork - both tender and delicious! We also tried the jalapeño cheddar hush puppies, fries, cornbread and cowboy beans. Everything was good! Best of all, cold beer! Highly recommend this place. Can't wait to get back to Manitou Springs and get some more BBQ!

Oh wow! Upon tasting my links and brisket I got worried! I react this way to excellent finds if it's a drive to get to it. If you're a bit like me and worships meat- especially the bbq'd ones then if you're in the area head over to Suzy's. The links were spicy. The good kind of spicy! The kind that will make you re-think if you're going to eat more or not. Oh you will!. The brisket was oh my so good! Moist and very flavorful! It came with two sides. The wonderfully freshly cooked and salted French fries and the corn bread that's moist and fluffy. The interior is homely and clean. Try the long communal table. I think that's the best table in the house. Lots of two tops and four. Two rooms to accommodate their customers. They carry the following very well chosen liquid courage. Bourbon, scotch, rye and beers. Their BBQ sauces are excellent. I don't like sauces but I'm a fan of a couple of their four sauces. The house original and the Memphis. Superior service with lots of smile and genuine care for the comfort and happiness of their customers. In my book they're top notch! I will be back even though they don't serve ribs.

We were thrilled to finally find burnt ends in the Springs! Suzy Q's is fantastic! The food is great and the service is even better! We had the burnt ends sandwich and it was great--crispy and smoky meat. Yum! The Cowboy Beans were full of smoky goodness with a little kick. The potato salad was fresh and delightful. We look forward to going back soon!

The food here is amazing. I love good BBQ and this place has it all. As soon as you walk in, there is a menu on a chalk board of all their specials. The ribs fall right off the bone! Top that with the beans and potatoe salad and you're set.

  • Rachel R.

Visited Manitou this past weekend and had to stop in to get some BBQ! I had the chopped brisket sandwich, which was delightful. The potato salad was okay, nothing too special but good nonetheless. They had a few good beers on tap, but I'd like to see some better local options. The only wheat beer they had was agave wheat. The sauces were pretty tasty too. I'd like a hot option that wasn't super sweet though. Overall I'd love to come back.

Some of the best spare ribs I've had. The fellow working the front is very nice. It's a shame it's kind of in an invisible area, and that its kind of dreary inside. But it's really good stuff other than that.

The best BBQ in town! Great sauce selection authentic menu selection and great location for the win! Make sure you try the hush puppies and the peach cobbler.

Top notch BBQ (at least in my opinion). BBQ is a subjective science however the more I ate the more I fell in love with everything on my plate. The original BBQ is good and I recommend you start there. However slowly ween yourself onto the Sweet Heat BBQ as you make your way through your meal. So good! Also, arguably some of the best coleslaw that I have ever had. The beans are excellent as well!

This is a great bar-b-q place in Manitou Springs! We were on vacation in the area and wanted to try something local that wasn't geared to price rape tourists. This is definitely the place. I had the burnt ends sandwich and it was delicious--it doesn't come with sides but it's only 6 dollars. My husband had the ribs, green beans and cornbread and loved everything. The ribs were tender and the selection of sauces on table was excellent. Another positive is the drinks selection and prices--my wine was $5 and my husband had a huge beer for 5 also. The waitress was very helpful and nice--no attitude. I would recommend this to anyone and would return if I'm in area again.

Manitou Springs was our first stop off the plane and we selected Suzy Q's BBQ based on yelp reviews and we loved it! Three of us had the pulled pork plate and between tried the cowboy beans, green beans, cole slaw, and corn bread and we enjoyed them all. Bobby had the brisket sandwich and that was delicious too. Nice atmosphere.

DELICIOUS!! This is the best BBQ we have had so far in Colorado! Burnt Ends Sandwich was fantastic, and loaded fries are a great side. We enjoyed the BBQ sauce varieties that they offered, the 4 sauces at our table all had a different spin- house original had a rich taste with a Worcestershire sauce tang. High Recommend.

I would come back here in a heart beat. Quick, hearty meals in the heart of Manitou Springs (a cute little town) near Colorado Springs. I got a brisket platter with baked beans and green beans side. It also came with some bread and iced cold water. Delicious!

My husband and I live in Manitou Springs and Suzy Q is the one place we visit the most when eating out. We are always greeted by the whole staff every time we walk in. They treat us like we are a part of their family and nothing less. Our most favorite item on the menu is the loaded fries and of course a good beer to go with it. Suzie makes all of the BBQ sauces homemade witch makes it even tastier. Whenever someone asks us where we recommend to eat in Manitou Springs the first thing we say is Suzy Q..Fabulous atmosphere and great people you just can't go wrong!!!

Stopped here by chance with limiting options right in town and we couldn't have asked for more. I had the brisket and pork with slaw and potato salad. It was all so good!! The slaw and potato salad were fresh and the meats were very tasty. I also tried a couple of ribs from one of my party's plate and those were super good and meaty. I really enjoyed their tangy sauce, forgot the name but it was good. They have a few craft to options, too. The service was excellent. From when we walked in to when we left, the 2 people who assisted us were just friendly and helpful. This is an order at the counter place but they bring the food out to you and then they checked to see if we needed anything else a couple of times. They were also very helpful with getting our extra food to go. This location is not huge but comfortable. Two rooms, maybe 15 tables but the layout is not crowded, which is nice. They have a couple of TVs which was great for us because we stopped in on a Sunday. I believe they had some outside sitting as well which I am excited to try in the spring/summer. I am very much looking forward to eating here again when back in Manitou Springs, this will be my go to place.

This is a dry rib joint and I love dry ribs. The homemade sauces are great. The homemade sides are definitely above average. The beer selection is nice and the service is good. I deducted one star due to the dry rub. There is too much black pepper in the dry rub. I want to taste the meat and any sauce I chose to use and the black pepper was a bit over powering.

This place was a little gem to find. I had a smoked turkey sandwich and the other 2 with me had pulled pork. Variety of bbq sauces to put on top made for an excellent meal. We also got the cowboy beans to share which were great. Not a big fan of their sweet tea, but otherwise great place. Will return.

Thanks, Wes

Enjoy!

Enjoy!

So good! I got the pulled pork with fries and slaw, and am now wishing Manitou Springs wasn't 2 hours away, because I'm dying for more. The meat was so smokey and the sauces were awesome. Can't recommend enough.

BBQ was good with a nice amount of smoke. Potato salad was watery and tasteless. My sandwich was served with little meat on a big bun, and potato salad was in a tiny serving cup, small portions. Memphis Tangy sauce was delish. Girl who took order was a sweetheart.

Really tasty brisket and sauces! My girlfriend was going crazy over their wings, I had one and thought they were good. Corn Bread was some of the best I have had. Just here on vacation, really glad we stopped in!

Enjoy!

Wonderful pulled pork and brisket sandwiches. Wide range of sauces. We're from NC BBQ country, and this rivaled our usual restauants there! 6 thumbs up here!
